We believe true nourishment begins from within, starting with the fresh, sun-kissed produce grown right here in our gardens and orchards, nurtured by our gardeners. Our talented team of local chefs crafts menus inspired by their vibrant cultural heritage, blending health-boosting ingredients with bold, delicious and seasonal flavours.

Most of the dishes on our menus are vegetarian, however many dishes can be served with chicken, prawns or fish if you prefer. Each dining location is magical, whether in the Joglo, Orchard Bale, garden or poolside.
